Linklaters suggested Vodafone on its strategic partnership with a gaggle of long-term infrastructure traders led by International Infrastructure Companions (GIP) and KKR. To this finish, Vodafone will contribute its stake in Vantage Towers, a number one tower firm in Europe, to the three way partnership.

The transaction is topic to regulatory approvals.
